Zaps 5, Bees 0

Game 1-Zimmerman and Liriano mowed them down until a Goldie homer in the
home half of the 4th. The next time up the Bees loaded the bases with no
outs but could only score one run on a sac fly. Zimmerman was yanked
after walking the first two batters in the bottom of the 8th, and after
a Dickerson pop out Goldie hit a single to right that plated Bautista.
The pen retired the visitors in order to seal the deal 2-1.

Game 2- Tehran walked three in the first inning, but the Zaps only
plated one. In the bottom of the sixth after a walk and a hbp Cabrera
smashed a two-out triple to plate two runs. The roadies scored one in
the bottom of the ninth off three hits to knock out Greinke, but Giles
picked up his second save in as many games.

Game 3-Weaver walked three and hit a batter in the bottom of the first
as the Zaps built a 2-0 lead. In the second, two singles, a stolen base,
and a sac fly put another run on the board for the home team. With two
outs in the bottom of the sixth the good guys reeled off three straight
hits to stretch the lead to 4-0 and knock Weaver out of the game. Kluber
lost his shutout in the 8th when Freeman doubled in De Aza. Ziegler came
in for the save in the 9th to finish off the 4-1 win.

Game 4- Jimmy Rollings smoked a double in the top of the 4th that plated
two runs and put the out of towners on top. In the bottom of the frame
with two outs Dickerson hit a solo shot, Goldie singled, and Machado
tied the game with a double. The Bees started off the fifth with a
single and double that knocked Liriano out of game, and a sac fly gave
them a one run lead. In the bottom of the inning singles by Moreland,
Hernandez, and Bautista tied it up, Cutch walked to load the bases, and
Dickerson smashed a double to deep center that cleared the bases to put
the Zaps up 6-3. Three more singles in the bottom of the sixth plated
another run and knocked Zimmerman out of the game. The Zaps used four
hits and a sac fly to score three more in the seventh. The Bees came
back in the top of the 8th using three walks and two hits to plate three
to close the gap to 10-6. Herrara pitched a 1-2-3 ninth to end the rally
and preserve the 10-6 win.

Game 5- De Aza started the game with a single, Burns bunted him to
second, and Freeman stroked a single to put the out of towners up 1-0 in
the top of the first. Cutch singled with two out in the bottom of the
fourth, Dickerson plated him with a double, Teheran intentionally walked
Goldie, and Shaw put the home team ahead with a double to center to make
the score 2-1. Greinke blanked the Bees the rest of the way to finish
off the five-game sweep.
