Fungoes took 6 of 7 from the Inmates today! The LDMF had trouble with almost every facet of the game today!
They committed 9 errors in the first 5 games! They missed almost every ball park HR and ball park single chance
they rolled! They walked only 9 times in 7 games while striking out 64 times, and they were shut out twice! Fungoes
stole 15 bases while being caught only 3 times!

April 6 at WTF:
Inmates score 4 in the 1st inning. Fungoes counter with 5 in the bottom half of the inning! Inmates take the lead
back with a 2-spot in the 5th! Fungoes score 2 in the bottom half of the 5th to re-take the lead. Fungoes score 1
more in the 8th to win it 8-6. David Price picks up the win improving his record to 9-4. Papelbon picks up his 18th save.
April 7 at WTF:
Roark throws a complete game 3-hit shutout for the Fungoes winning it 2-0. Roark improves to 3-5.
April 8 at WTF double header game 1:
Kershaw goes the distance for the Fungoes as they win game one of the twinbill, 7-3. Kershaw improves his record to 9-4.
Daniel Murphy collected 4 hits just lacking a Home run for the cycle. Mike Trout put the game away for the Fungi with a
3-run Home run in the 7th.
April 8 at WTF double header game 2:
Gibson collects the win for the Fungoes and combines with the Fungo bullpen for a 2-0 shut out. Papelbon picks up his
19th save. Inmates are held to 3 hits!
May 19 at the Baptist Bowl:
With the Inmates up 4-2 in the 9th inning, Jarrod Dyson hits a game tying 2 run Home run! Dyson is weak but has a HR 1-4 Fly on his card!
Carpenter scores in the 11th for the Fungoes giving Steve Cishek the win in relief. Papelbon picks up save number 20 for the Fungi.
May 20 at the Baptist Bowl:
Inmates score 3 in the 5th and 2 in the 6th finally winning it 7-2. Price takes the loss for the Fungoes. Jose Quintana grabs the
win for the Inmates. Evan Gattis and Aramis Ramirez both Homer for the Mates!
May 21 st the Baptist Bowl:
Fungoes win it 4-3. Roark gets the win and improves to 4-5. Baez picks up his 1st save. Trout hits a 2 run shot in the 3rd to put the
Fungoes on top to stay!

Narrative according to the Inmates:
Game 1 - Inmates blow everything except each other. Fungoes take advantage.
Game 2 - LDMF sux; Fungi don't.
Game 3 - See above.
Game 4 - Ibid.
Game 5 - Inmates don't suck, but Fungi pull one out. WTF!
Game 6 - Can you believe it? Inmates win! Inmates win!
Game 7 - Inmates have a dumb-ass manager; Fungoes don't. Inmates lose (again)! Inmates lose (again)!
