Lots of good players on this list, but I think Rickey Henderson is the only one to get in this time. If not for the congressional BS McGwire would be a shoe-in. Tommy John has mostly longevity; while he played, he was never a rotation ace, although he was good for a very long time. Bert's close, but he wasn't great for long enough.
Mattingly is hurt by his last 5-6 years. Everyone else had a couple of dominant years, but not consistantly great.
If available in the draft, I'd take any in a heartbeat.

No votes for Dil-Mo?
Henderson, Lee Smith, Blyleven for longevity of quality cards.
The McGwire, Sosa steroid HR duel year forced Barry's hand and thus ruined the record books. None will ever get my vote.
dd
