Game 1: Wahoos erupt for four runs in the first with 3 doubles and a homer. But it would take a walkoff shot in the 11th from Edwin Encarnacion to win it. Khris Davis finished with two homers. Wahoos win, 7-6.
Game 2: Wahoos again score four in the first, keyed by a Khris Davis homer. They added four more in the seventh on another Davis homer and three-run shot from Kyle Seager. Wahoos win, 9-3.
Game 3: Fungoes use a run in the eighth and another in the ninth to win, 4-3.
Game 4: Justin Verlander allowed four hits in eight innings and combined with two relievers to help the Wahoos hang on for a 1-0 victory. Sean Rodriguez homered off David Price for the game's only run.
Game 5: Clayton Kershaw threw his final 6 innings of the season. He allowed 4 runs but avoided the loss when the Fungoes scored 6 runs in the top of the 7th. The Wahoos answered with 6 in the bottom of the inning and sent 12 men to the plate to retake the lead. Wahoos win, 10-7.
