INMATES go 6-1 at NADS (NADS suck!!)
May 30th - The Chicago Nads pitching staff was overwhelmed by the Waco Inmates lineup who
plated 16 runs while Michael Pineda(2-2)with bullpen support surrendered 3 runs to Chicago.
Anthony Rizzo had a big evening at the plate. He tripled which scored a run in the 3rd inning,
doubled in the 8th inning and belted a three-run homer in the 9th inning.
May 31st - Tyler White had 3 base hits and 2 RBI as the Chicago Nads beat the
Waco Inmates by a score of 5 to 4. Kevin Siegrist(3-1) pitched well
enough in relief to get the win.
June 1st - J.D. Martinez slammed 2 homeruns and had 4 RBI as the Waco Inmates
beat the Chicago Nads by a score of 8 to 4.
August 7th - Sean Manaea(3-3) and Steven Matz(3-14) treated the Chicago fans to
a fine pitching duel at The Ball Sack. The Waco Inmates eventually emerged as
victors over the Chicago Nads by the score of 3 to 1.
August 8th - At The Ball Sack the Waco Inmates outscored the Chicago Nads 12 to 9.
Jason Castro enjoyed a big day at the plate. He doubled scoring a run in the
2nd inning, clubbed a three-run home run in the 5th inning and doubled in the
7th inning. Chicago made it exciting in the 9th, but they were unable to
push the needed runs across.
August 9th- Danny Salazar struck out 15 batters at The Ball Sack as the Waco Inmates beat
the Chicago Nads by the count of 3 to 0.
August 10th - At The Ball Sack, the Chicago faithful were treated to an intriguing pitcher's
duel. Jon Gray(7-1) finally bested his Chicago counterpart, Marcus
Stroman(7-15), by the score of 4 to 0.
