Urias blanked the Tweeners a very well-pitched complete game allowing just 5 hits and 3 walks. Iwakuma served up homeruns to Story, Bryant and Duvall.
Tweeners 1 Rhinos 0 -- 6/10/2017
In a pitching duel the Tweeners scored the deciding run in the top of the 8th inning with one out when Villar singled, stole second base, Springer then was hit by a pitch. Zobrist struck out, but then Arenado stepped into the box and doubled driving home Villar.
Rhinos 4 Tweeners 2 -- 8/16/2017
The Rhinos took the lead in the first inning scoring 3 runs on 3 hits in what proved to be enough as the Rhinos held off the Tweeners. Neither team managed to score after the 3rd inning.
Tweeners 4 Rhinos 2 -- 8/17/2017
Tied 2 to 2 in the 9th the Tweeners plated 2 runs. With one out Schoop reached on a Baez error and Reynolds followed with a two-run shot. Despite managing only 5 hits the Tweeners managed to pull out the win as the Rhinos went meekly in the bottom of the 9th.
Tweeners 5 Rhinos 0 -- 8/18/2017
Madbum threw a complete game limiting the Rhinos to only 5 hits and 3 walks while banging out 10 hits against Sanchez’s complete game effort.
