PIGS go 3-2 at NADS
June 17th – PIGS win 7-6. 29 hits in the game, NADS come up short
June 18th - NADS win 10-4. Adrian Gonzalez hit two – two run home runs and
Oswaldo Arcia hit a three run homer in the sixth
August 24th – PIGS win 5-2. NADS finally scored two in the bottom of the ninth,
But it was not enough
August 25th – PIGS win 9-1. NADS made 3 errors, scored one run
on Adrian Gonzalez’s home Run and only had two hits
August 26th – NADS win 5-4 Ben Revere hit a three run double and
Tillman pitched a complete game

The Nadman failed to mention what, in my opinion, is one of the great promotions this year at Balzac Field. The promotion was enacted in the 8th inning of game 1, when a fan from the stands was allowed to come in and play the field for 2 innings for the visiting Warpigs. The lucky fan was Craig Gentry, a free agent who was cut at the Draft back in March, so he wasn't completely without skills. In fact, he made 2 putouts in RF (neither was an x-chance) including the final out of the game. Gentry was ecstatic about the opportunity but was still disappointed that he didn't get to bat in the 9th. "I was on deck when Cano made the last out. Damn, I wanted to swing the bat!"
