Inmates at Nads

Nads 5, Inmates 2

All games at Nadville.

Nads 8 – Inmates 5: Francisco comes on to pitch for the Inmates in the 6th with score 4-4 and gets the first two batters out. Then walk, walk, tater, tater, and we lose.

Nads 5 – LDMF 0: Dumpster pitches a three-hitter for the Nads. ‘Nuf said.

Nads 2 – LDMF 0: Wilson/Saito/Lyons two-hit the LDMF. Here are the LDMF hi-lights:

1st inning: Johnson walks with one out; Beltre singles him to 3rd one out later. Both are stranded by Howard.

2nd inning: Francisco walks; Jones walks with one out, Francisco to 2nd; Susuckme hits into 6-4-3 DP.

5th inning: Jones walks, then steals 2nd with one out; Scrotumo and Johnson both K.

7th inning: With one out, Gonzalez, Fukudome, and Colvin all walk to load the bases; Scrotumo hits into a 5-2-3 DP.

8th inning: Johnson walks and steals 2nd; Pena pinch-hits into a 8-4 DP (?!?); Beltre singles and is left stranded.

Inmates 3 – Nads 0: It takes 14 Inmate hits to score three runs, two of which were solo HRs by Gonzalez and Howard. Billingsley is sharp.

Nads 10 – LDMF 3: Nads score 6 in the 2nd as Wood throws batting practice. Inmate one-game winning streak is snapped.

Inmates 9 – Nads 3: Anderson twirls a complete-game 10-hitter for the Inmates; Wilson throws a complete-game 14-hitter for the Nads.

Nads 5 – Inmates 3: A b-flat game with not much of interest happening. Inmates/LDMF suck.
