Aug. 23^rd  September call ups a week early.  Ozzie Smith had a quick hook for Latos as he left in the fifth having given up one run.  Addison Reed, Ozzie’s anointed successor, let the game get away giving up three runs including a squeeze bunt by old DV killer Elvis.  But the Chico’s Bail Bonds player of the game goes to Howard, not Howie, Kendrick.  HK47 goes 3 for 3 with 2 RBI.  Mavs win 5-1.

Aug. 24^th:  Single to left M. Holliday couldn’t get it.  Moustakas chokes in the clutch.  Stop me if you heard it before.  Meanwhile the Mavs load the bases for Elvis.  Both managers are extremely frustrated.  Finally the Mavs break through with a 1-3 Upton triple with the bases loaded.  Ozzie Smith is heard swearing.  And Elvis is up again for the second straight inning with two runners in scoring position and two outs.  The Ghost of Bob Marley swears.  Leonys Martin misses a home run 1-9.  Ozzie Smith drinks a beer.  Bryce Harper hits a one out triple 1-4 fly.  Ozzie Smith calls for a bottle of Jack Daniels and a hooker.  Country Breakfast scores him on a Stanton X fly out.  Geovanny Soto scores on a two out single.  1-8 chance.  Ozzie Smith lights a crack pipe.  Justin Upton hits a 3 run 1-7 ballpark homer.  Ozzie Smith hunts for his Colt revolver.  Mavs win 9-0.  Upton wins the Betty’s Brothel Blow of the game (actually two) for the bases loaded triple and the three run homer.
