The Rhinos pounded the DV pitching, including a Halladay start, to further thwart the DV playoff hopes. The games were netplayed between the DVs and the RhinoPig.

Game 1 - Rhinos win 4-1. Ben Sheets took a no-hitter into the 7th inning and Matt Kemp hit a 3-run homer.

Game 2 - Rhinos win 8-2. Roy Halladay surrendered 7 runs in 3 2/3 innings. Ryan Braun homered twice.

DVs 5, Fungoes 2

In a netplay series, the DVs won 5 straight after dropping the first two. The DVs are within 2.5 games of the first place Drillers.

Game 1 - Fungoes win 5-2 thanks to a 3-run top of the 9th.
Game 2 - Fungoes win 5-1. Halladay takes another beating.
Game 3 - DVs win 7-5.
Game 4 - DVs win 7-6. Chase Utley tied it with a homer in the 8th; then Jhonny Peralta ended it with an RBI single in the 9th.
Game 5 - DVs win 5-4 in 11 innings. The winning run came on a bases loaded error by Fungo shortstop Cesar Izturis.
Game 6 - DVs win 2-1 behind Aaron Cook.
Game 7 - DVs win 6-2. Magglio Ordonez hit a homer and knocked in 4 runs.
