IS #2 David Cone and #3 steve finley
Jaso is correct. He won with the Pigs in '13 - then was traded to the Fungoes and won in '14.
Cone and Finley are good guesses... but wrong.
Gary Sheffield? Rickey Henderson?

No on Sheffield, Rickey, or Maddux. Maddux is a good guess. He won 5 titles in a 7 year span, but not 4 in a row.
Chipper Jones with four different teams?
